Episode Overview

Stu and Didi begin a new baby book for Dil, aiming to document all his milestones during his early development. Initially, the book is completely empty, prompting Angelica to convince the babies that Dil isn’t very bright. Determined to show otherwise, Angelica enlists the Rugrats to help "train" Dil, hoping to demonstrate his intelligence.
