After Stu jokingly claims that older brothers are "monsters," the Rugrats take his words at face value. When Tommy playfully howls like a wolf and unintentionally frightens Dil and Chuckie, the babies start to wonder if Stu's statement holds any truth. They begin to question whether Tommy is actually transforming into a monster.
