Episode Overview

As Taffy arrives to babysit the Rugrats, she's disheartened by the impending breakup of her band, believing her presence is hindering their performance. Trying to lift her spirits, Angelica decides to impersonate Taffy, but this leads to confusion. The Rugrats mistakenly believe that Angelica, sporting one of Taffy's hair clips, has transformed into Taffy. Meanwhile, Taffy, on the phone and calling the band members "dumb babies," inadvertently takes on Angelica's persona.
