Episode Overview

After serving time in prison, Sam Harter (Bradford Dillman) returns to Medicine Bow, where he reunites with his old friend Trampas. Years earlier, Harter and Bleek (John Dehner) committed a gold bullion heist, but while Bleek escaped, Harter was caught—though he managed to stash the gold beforehand. Trampas had opted out of the crime, and Harter had shielded him from Bleek's suspicions. Now working at Shiloh, Harter is aware that Bleek will soon come looking for him. When Bleek finally shows up, tensions rise, leading to a dramatic confrontation.
