The Virginian's pal, Benjy, is found guilty of a murder he insists he didn't do. There’s a chance a mountain man could prove his innocence, but a search for him yields no results. Determined to help, the Virginian takes it upon himself to pursue some leads, risking both his own safety and that of the witness in the process.
