Jennifer stumbles upon the fact that a fellow student has a sister with developmental challenges who is approaching adulthood but has been kept away from the outside world. She persuades the parents to allow her to assist the girl, but things take a turn when it’s revealed that the sister is entangled with a bank robber, complicating the situation significantly.
