Tired of Enos, the well-meaning deputy, thwarting their plans, Boss and Rosco decide to promote him to a civilian position. In his place, they hire a corrupt deputy who has a devious scheme to flood Hazzard County by opening the dam. He demands that Boss hand over all the county’s funds to prevent the disaster.
