Episode Overview

Max and Mariella have dreamed of moving to Byron Bay ever since their daughter Ruby was born. As experienced property developers, they expect their ambitious project to run smoothly, but transferring control to a local construction crew proves more challenging than anticipated. Right from the beginning, the team alters key aspects of the design, creating frustration for both the builder and Max. Tensions rise, especially when the bank discovers that the home they're financing isn't the same as the one being constructed. Something needs to change before everything spirals out of control.
