In a hospital waiting room, Bean attempts several clever tricks to jump the line, but his schemes end up failing spectacularly. Later, at a park, he embellishes a Queen's Guard with quirky decorations to capture the perfect photo. As the day comes to a close, Bean tries out some bizarre techniques at home in a quest to overcome his sleeplessness.
