Episode Overview
The episode kicks off with affluent businessman J.J. Norcross urging Hardcastle to run for mayor. Their inquiry reveals that Mann had been bribed to relocate the park site to conceal the dumping. When Birdy Fletcher, the site's guard, requests a meeting, Hardcastle senses a trap. As anticipated, Norcross, the mastermind of the illegal scheme, attempts to eliminate the judge.
