After receiving critical information from Red, the FBI realizes they’re trailing a lethal Russian assassin named Karakurt, who's operating within the U.S. To prevent disaster, Liz and Ressler consult with Russian Counter-Intelligence, who provide not just details about Karakurt, but also reveal clues about Liz's mother’s identity. Meanwhile, Cooper discovers himself in a precarious situation.
