Rumors are swirling about Port Columbia’s criminal activities, leading Lieutenant Morgan Fine to probe Albrecht's suspicious work patterns and increased arrest records. He seeks Jessica’s help to uncover whether her partner is corrupt. Meanwhile, Shea is managing the Blackout well until her husband, Frank Moran, who has recently purchased the bar, arrives to reclaim her, using any means necessary. Draven seeks Albrecht's insights on Moran and discovers the man’s connections to corrupt judges and law enforcement, realizing that the only way to safeguard Shea is to lock Moran up.
