Draven tracks down the person responsible for the murders of both himself and Shelly, but as he delves deeper, he must confront a formidable evil that seems to possess similar supernatural abilities as his own, as The Crow. After his clash with the contract killers, Draven's former haunt, The Blackout, lies in ruins. The gang leader and club manager, now hospitalized and in psychiatric care, rants about the dead rising from their graves. While the remaining gang members are behind bars, Draven still struggles to identify who orchestrated his death. At The Blackout, he hears the haunting song he performed for Shelly on the night of their demise, played by his old band. Though never officially recorded, the song is now claimed by Reyes International, the band’s new label, which also has a stake in the club.
