Episode Overview

Upon returning from Barbados, Joey and Ross each strive to reveal their romantic relationships with Rachel and Charlie, respectively, but they face a series of interruptions that hinder their attempts. At the same time, Monica debuts a fresh haircut that leaves Chandler less than thrilled, while Phoebe discovers that Mike is seeing someone else.
