Janine receives an exciting invitation to perform on "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve" and decides to bring along Joey, Monica, and Ross. Thrilled at the opportunity, Monica and Ross can’t contain their enthusiasm. During the live taping, Joey attempts to steal a kiss from Janine as the clock strikes midnight, while Monica and Ross revive their high school dance routine. Simultaneously, Rachel, Phoebe, and Chandler embark on a quest to locate Monica’s hidden Christmas gifts.
