In "The One with the Male Nanny," Ross and Rachel enlist a male nanny named Sandy to care for Emma, but Ross feels uneasy about having a man in that role. Meanwhile, Chandler feels threatened when Monica claims that a coworker from her new job is the funniest person she's ever encountered. Additionally, as Phoebe and Mike take a significant step in their relationship by swapping apartment keys, Phoebe is unexpectedly visited by her former flame, David, adding a twist to her newfound commitment.
