Jack stumbles upon Finch and Allie's secret, leading him to terminate Finch the following day. Fast forward two weeks, Jack hires a new secretary, leaving Elliott and Nina torn over their opinions of her. Meanwhile, Finch seeks to return to his position but ends up working as Snoop Dogg's assistant after Jack declines his request. When Allie reveals to Jack the real story behind her attraction to Finch, Jack realizes he wants his former assistant back in the office.
