Paladin takes on a job to track down a U.S. Army corporal who has gone AWOL and is the son of a general. His search leads him into Indian territory. During his journey, he runs into a fellow soldier from his past Army days. He discovers that the missing corporal is with the 7th Cavalry and is involved with George Custer's command.
