Episode Overview

Daniel Conway finds himself tangled in a brutal proxy battle against Warner Griffith for dominance over an oil company. Unbeknownst to him, his secretary, Rose Calvert, has been acting as a mole for Griffith. When Rose turns up dead, Conway worries that he will be accused of her murder and seeks out Perry during a bar association dinner, pleading for his help.
