While passing through a quaint Arizona town, Kimble finds himself in the clutches of the ruthless Sheriff Jo Bob Sims, who harbors political aspirations. Unbeknownst to Sims, Kimble’s true identity remains a secret as he is forced into grueling labor alongside other wrongfully imprisoned vagrants, subjected to torment for the sheriff’s amusement. When Kimble witnesses Sims committing murder against a fellow prisoner, he realizes the extent of the corruption as the colluding mayor and town council orchestrate a cover-up.
