Kimble takes on the role of a custodian at the Saturday Morning Camp, operated by Tony and Carole Burnell. Tensions escalate when two police officers are discovered brutally murdered. Authorities turn to Tony, a former cop, to question a local teen believed to be the prime suspect. Meanwhile, the true murderer lurks closer than anyone realizes—it's Tony himself, who harbors a deep-seated grudge against law enforcement. He blames them for the wrongful imprisonment and subsequent death of his father, a police officer, during a prison riot instigated by corrupt cops.
