As he evades capture, Kimble finds refuge at a rural farm belonging to Dr. Josephus Adams, a physician who relies on honey and kind words to treat his patients. When an elderly woman under Adams' care succumbs to a severe bronchial infection, Kimble becomes agitated and steps in to assist the patients. Meanwhile, Marianne, Adams' wife, discovers Kimble's true identity and seeks to exploit it. The situation escalates when Dr. Adams' teenage niece, Sharon, falls into a coma due to a bee sting allergy, prompting Kimble to risk his safety to rush her to a hospital for urgent care.
