Episode Overview

Before Edith gets home, Gloria and Mike share their plans with Archie for a surprise party to celebrate Edith's 50th birthday, scheduled for 6 PM at the Stivics' house. As Archie and the Stivics head out to prepare the decorations, Edith arrives. Suddenly, a knock at the door reveals a police officer who claims there's a rapper in town, inadvertently hinting that he is the one. Things take a dark turn when Edith is threatened and forced onto the couch. Just as the situation escalates, the phone rings, and the intruder insists she must get rid of the caller. When Archie knocks, confused about the locked door, the intruder hides in the closet and demands Edith to dismiss him. As she complies, they notice a burning smell—it’s the cake Edith had started to bake. They rush to the kitchen in a panic.
