The discovery of a young man's body lying between two feuding farms sparks an old rivalry that has lasted over three decades. The team is tasked with uncovering which family is to blame for the tragedy. Bill and Muriel, now on opposing sides, are fiercely set on proving their theories right. Meanwhile, Bill faces the challenge of introducing Mary to Kelsey, who is busy making a new friend at the local school. As layoffs begin, Lydia grows increasingly frustrated with having to carry out Bill's orders.
