Frank, however, has been living off the radar in witness protection since exposing his former associates in the Maguire gang. Determined to locate him, Bill intensifies his efforts. Meanwhile, DS Blair secures bail following revelations about the illegal acquisition of crucial DNA evidence, and Commissioner Metcalfe explores the potential profits from selling a defunct training facility, adding to the mounting pressure on Bill to step down from his position.
