The crew of the Enterprise is disheartened to learn that T'Pol has been summoned by the Vulcan High Command to depart from their team, and they are equally vexed by her apparent lack of concern about the decision. However, T'Pol's final assignment with Starfleet takes an unexpected turn when she and Archer find themselves abducted by a radical group on an unfamiliar planet.
