Veil receives a tip from a traitor inside the "Organization," leading him to the seemingly perfect town of Darby, New York. He quickly notices an unusual level of cleanliness, relentless friendliness, and overwhelming backing for a particular local politician. As he integrates into the overly cheerful community, Veil begins to suspect that everything in Darby is far from what it seems.
