Michael is shocked when Kimberly shows up at his door late one night, revealing she had been in a coma for months. She explains that her mother lied to him, saying Kimberly had died to keep them apart. In a fit of confusion, Michael breaks things off with Sydney without any explanation. When Sydney tries to confront him with a police officer, Kimberly walks in, causing Sydney to faint. Meanwhile, Kimberly struggles with severe headaches and removes her wig in the bathroom, exposing a disturbing scar on her head. Amanda fires a model from Models Inc., only to find out her mother, Hillary Michaels, runs the agency. Despite initially rejecting her mother's attempts to reconnect, Jake persuades Amanda to consider a relationship. Alison changes her mind about waiting until their wedding night to sleep with Billy. Although Alison's parents hire a pushy wedding planner, they ultimately decide to fire her and host their wedding in the courtyard of their apartment building.
