Episode Overview
Sydney considers leaving town to escape her issues with Chris, but Jake persuades her to stay and explore their relationship. Meanwhile, Alison pretends to be okay with Billy and Susan's romance, but her drinking escalates. This leads to a brawl with Susan at a client event, causing Susan to decide to move in with Billy. Michael approaches Amanda for help in getting Peter to rehire him, and she agrees, but only if he relinquishes his stake in the design firm. Jane promises Amanda 25 percent of the business if she can make it happen. Once back at work, Michael reneges on the deal and attempts to blackmail Amanda. Peter encourages Amanda to take charge of D&D. Matt is taken aback when his ex-lover Jeffrey returns, revealing he’s left the Navy and is HIV positive. Jo gets ready for her custody hearing.
