Episode Overview
Kyle and Taylor discover that the same company that took over their Boston restaurant has now purchased the building where Kyle's establishment and the jazz club are located. They dig deeper but fail to find evidence linking Eric to the takeover. Meanwhile, Eric agrees to mentor Megan while insisting he has no romantic feelings for her. Amanda pushes Eric to confront his emotions, only to reveal she doesn’t reciprocate, prompting him to vow revenge. Michael's business deal with Craig collapses, and Jen sabotages the cauterizer, causing Michael's other investors to pull out. Brett assumes Michael is at fault when Lexi's lawyers request his financial documents. Mrs. Shaw surprises Brett with a visit. Peter is heartbroken to discover Lexi is moving back to Ohio and declares his love for her in the courtyard, leaving Brett stunned.
