Episode Overview

Ryan spends time with his daughter, but their visit is abruptly cut short by her aunt and legal guardian, Terry O'Brien. Back home, Ryan confesses to Megan about sleeping with Lexi in Mexico, deliberately pushing her away and also distancing Lexi with his strange actions. Hurt, Megan confronts Lexi and decides to quit her job. After failing to win Megan back, Michael decides to partner with Lexi. Ryan goes missing for a few days until Kyle finds him at the basketball courts, where Ryan opens up about a tragic past: he was married at 18 and lost his wife in a car accident while saving their infant daughter. Meanwhile, Eve faces the possibility of returning to prison for her relationship with Jackie, but Amanda intervenes to help her. Peter and Eve travel to Texas to explore a potential purchase of his father's land. Back home, Peter attempts to defend himself against Dr. Shulman's accusations but ultimately ends up resigning.
