Episode Overview

A badly injured criminal confesses to being bribed to set up former baseball player Duke McGuire for murder. Hardcastle, who presided over McGuire's wrongful conviction, feels a deep sense of responsibility and decides to assist him in reclaiming his baseball career. However, McGuire’s aspirations for a comeback are jeopardized when drugs turn up in his locker, casting a shadow over his efforts to clear his name.
