Roger the alligator is being tormented by a group of pesky rats, prompting him to seek assistance from his penguin friends. Desperate for a solution, he turns to them for help in dealing with his troublesome tormentors. Together, they devise a plan to outsmart the rats and restore peace to Roger's life.
