A mother arrives at Dr. Nassif's office, insisting that Santa caused her broken nose and needing his expertise. Meanwhile, another patient, plagued by the memories of previous surgeries, battles with her cobwebbed areolas. Additionally, a Brazilian beauty, who narrowly escaped a life-threatening experience during plastic surgery, has one final Christmas wish: to repair her nose.
