Jeremy uses his savings to purchase a vintage car that he plans to restore. However, things take a turn when he and Zach get caught off-roading in the mud and violating state regulations by having an underage passenger in their vehicle. As a consequence, Matt and Amy decide to revoke the twins' driving privileges for the time being.
