X-Men (1992)

In "A Deal with the Devil," the US Military revives the formidable Omega Red, a living weapon from the former Soviet Union, to tackle an abandoned Soviet nuclear submarine near Hawaii. Omega Red demands the presence of his arch-nemesis, Wolverine, and Storm, the one who put him in cryogenic stasis. Promised a chance at regaining his humanity, Omega Red's true, sinister motives come to light once they board the submarine, which is laden with warheads, leading to a perilous confrontation.
