Modok has stumbled upon one of the lost rings, but the Mandarin quickly takes it back. Meanwhile, Iron Man employs H.O.M.E.R. to track down Modok's location. In the meantime, the Mandarin harnesses the power of his rings to spy on Iron Man's recent activities.
