As Kate and Sawyer hunt down a rogue boar that Sawyer believes is out to get him, they share their hidden truths with one another. Meanwhile, Hurley and Sayid grow increasingly concerned about Charlie's mental state following his near-fatal encounter and his violent confrontation with Ethan, which left the latter with six bullet wounds.
