When Shannon's inhaler supply is depleted, Boone suspects that Sawyer is hoarding the last three. Sawyer's outright denial leads Jack and Sayid to resort to extreme measures, attempting to force him to divulge the inhalers' whereabouts. Meanwhile, flashbacks reveal more about Sawyer's past, uncovering that he has been hiding his true identity all along.
