Devastated by her father's passing, Sarah chooses to leave town, prompting Mike to search for her. In his quest, he uncovers vital truths about his own past. With Dr. Graiman gone, the NSA opts to dismantle the SSC and proceed with the creation of KITT's foe, KARR. They extract KITT's chip, which holds its memories and personality, and implant it into KARR with Torres' consent. Together, Mike, Sarah, Billy, and Zoe devise a strategy to locate and reactivate KITT, aiming to confront and eliminate the malevolent KARR.
