Episode Overview

Title: Blind Justice [a.k.a. Blind Watch] Plot: After a violent robbery at a movie theater leaves the cashier severely injured, a woman passing by becomes the sole witness. However, when Hooker approaches her for details, he discovers she is blind and hesitant to share what she knows. Determined to gain her trust, Hooker must persuade her to cooperate. Meanwhile, the two criminals, plotting another heist during an upcoming Beach Boys concert, remain oblivious to her blindness and consider eliminating her to prevent any police identification of them.
