Episode Overview

A police precinct employee becomes the latest victim in a disturbing pattern of rapes and robberies, with none of the survivors able to identify their assailant. As Hooker and her team delve into the case, they discover that all the victims had recently encountered a telephone repairman. This leads them to their main suspect, who is ultimately killed during a chase. Hooker begins to suspect that this man might have only been an apprentice to the real attacker, a concern that is confirmed when the assaults persist.
