Episode Overview

Hooker and Romano are participating in a new initiative aimed at fostering peace in a neighborhood on the brink of war between two rival Hispanic gangs. However, the initiative faces a serious threat when the president of one gang is killed in a drive-by shooting. While the shooters are believed to belong to the opposing gang, Hooker has a hunch that a third party is stoking the violence to profit from arms sales to both factions. Racing against time, he must uncover the truth to prevent an all-out gang war.
