T. J. Hooker (1982)
S03E08 The Trial
Episode Overview
After responding to a call about an armed robbery at a supermarket, Romano and another officer are injured when one of the robbers opens fire. Romano is quick to point fingers at a female officer present, accusing her of cowardice for not intervening during the shooting. As conflicting accounts emerge from the scene, Hooker infuriates Romano and other officers by announcing his intention to defend her in the upcoming trial. This decision puts a strain on both Hooker and Romano's partnership as well as their friendship, especially since the officer has a history of similar charges. But was she truly at fault this time?
