The boys are frustrated with the quality of Ronnie Purkiss's kit. In response, Alfie steps down as captain, leading Marie to choose Frew as his replacement. During the tournament, Byker reaches the final but suffers a defeat when Dale calls a penalty against them. Meanwhile, Amanda and Patsy are having their own issues.
