Burkholtz has spent the last 15 years stuck in the Lost & Found because of his notorious laid-back attitude. However, he becomes the only option to fill in for Capt. Block during his mandatory two-week break. Meanwhile, the guys mistakenly believe that Burkholtz's long absence from active duty is due to his strict nature!
