Episode Overview

Toody volunteers to look after Captain Block's parrot and thinks it would be fun to teach the bird to speak. However, things take a turn for the worse when he inadvertently expresses his dislike for Captain Block in front of the parrot. As a result, the parrot starts to mimic his words, causing all sorts of trouble.
