A group of con artists running a fortune-telling scam mistakenly believes Leo to be of royal lineage and contacts Sylvia with the exciting revelation. Meanwhile, they make another blunder by persuading an undercover Toody that he too is a member of the royal family, claiming that Leo is his brother.
