Episode Overview

Michael decides to boost morale by taking the Dunder-Mifflin team on a lively cruise on Lake Wallenpaupack. However, his motivational speech is repeatedly interrupted by a series of distractions, such as a dance competition, limbo contests, and the overly enthusiastic Captain Jack. Meanwhile, Jim's relationship with Katy faces challenges as Pam and Roy announce their wedding date, leaving Jim heartbroken. Despite the chaos, the evening isn't a total loss, as Michael manages to connect on a deeper level with one of his employees by the end of the night.
