Michael gathers his team for a performance evaluation meeting, but instead of assessing their work, he’s more interested in hearing their thoughts on his tumultuous relationship with Jan. As the meeting unfolds, a jittery Michael hatches a plan to sift through the suggestion box for innovative ideas to present to Jan about his own performance. His scheme hits a snag when Jan decides to join the conversation unexpectedly. Meanwhile, Jim and Pam work together to mislead Dwight into believing that it’s actually Friday, not Thursday.
